Cluff Law Website Redesign
Existing WordPress website needed an update.
A few details
The Cluff Law website was built on a theme intended for Blogging websites. This was causing navigation problems for users who were looking for information about the firms services. In addition this was also causing an issue with search engine indexing preventing the site from showing up for relevant search results. While we still wanted to keep a blog section of the website it did not need to be prominent either for users or for administrators.
How we solved it
Roger has worked with many lawyers over the years and knew exactly how to rearrange the website to focus on the services the firm offered. This would help prospective clients find information relevant to their questions quickly. He also knew that the front page needed a little more design and direction to highlight Cluff’s experience.
However before anything was suggested or implemented Roger sat down with Brigham and the major stakeholders to find out what they liked and didn’t like about the existing website. This allowed him to see things from their perspective. By digging a little further we also got to understand how prospects were using the website. From these insights we was able to additionally customize the redesign to ensure it worked with the firms business goals and processes.
